Baked Pears. Set oven for 350.
Ingredients:
2-3 pears, halved.
1/2 cup oatmeal
2-3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla.
2 T butter/margarine
In baking dish, place sliced/halved pears. Mix together oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Spread evenly over mixture. Top with butter/margarine. Bake at 350 for 10-20 minutes, until mixture bubbles.
This is great alone or served with ice cream on top.
