A Nutty Peacan Pie!

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

2 cups pumpkin puree

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 egg white

1 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons butter

3/4 cup chopped pecans

Prename pie crust from store!

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin, milk, egg, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.

  3. Pour mixture into the pie crust.

  4. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Reduce oven after 10 minutes.

  5. Combine brown sugar, flour, and remaining cinnamon.

  6. Add in the butter until the mixture is crumbly. Stir in pecans. Place mixture evenly over the pie.

  7. Bake pie for 40 minutes or insert a skewer one inch from and check to see if the stick comes out clean.
