    Dr. Angel did dental work on my son in 2007. I met with the office manager in advance to arrange payments. I paid $325 for Dr. Angel to come to a surgery center and almost $2,000 for the surgery center. I was told insurance covered the rest. The TWO spacers Dr. Angel installed in my sons mouth fell out THE NEXT DAY. When I called, they said they could put the spacers back in, but I would have to bring him to the office to be strapped down, which is what I paid $2,000 in surgery center costs to avoid. I asked they just remove the cost of the spacers from the bill. Over 6 MONTHS LATER, I received a call from Wild Smiles saying I still owed $1,600. I asked for a breakdown and received an invoice with no description. Finally had to go to the office and practically BEG for a breakdown. They charged me for the spacers that fell out, then for a THIRD. They refused to remove the cost for spacers, even the THIRD COST WHEN THEY KNOW HE DIDN'T HAVE THREE SPACERS! Dr. Angel would not re
