Pellinore and the Questing Beast

Alvin Park
Thoughts of someone I have not yet met
Eating away at the mind.
She must be somewhere
Across the street,
Across the world.
Traveling the depths of the globe,

Eyes of sapphire blue or chocolate brown,
Hair of fair blonde or of midnight black.
Perhaps we have already met.
Perhaps you were a glance across the street.
A day, a week, months, years away,
All equate to an eternity to me.
Someone for everyone,
Everyone but me.
She must be out there,
Somewhere.
