Pensacola is a city that seems to always be in the news for the bad things occurring in the area. Of course, that's what makes papers sell. However, Pensacola has a lot to offer. There is the low cost of living plus many other reasons to live in the area. How about lower crime statistics, beautiful beaches, short distance drives to the shopping malls and the major musical attractions plus the area is just down right gorgeous. Overall Pensacola is one of the best areas to live. If you are planning to or have retired or if you just have money to burn, Pensacola is the place to be.
One of the things about this area is the gorgeous subdivisions. We have some locations within this area that are sought after for their views and close proximity to beaches. Then there are the areas that have numerous waterfront properties that some would kill for. Some of Pensacola's residents call the area their little piece of paradise. And that it is.
If you are looking to purchase a home or even rent a luxury home in the area, make sure to visit Marcus Point in the northern part of Pensacola.

Post a CommentSounds very lovely!
I have no relevant comment to make, being that I've never been to Pensacola and have no designs of moving, however, your article is, as usual, very informative and helpful!
Sounds like a nice area.
PV Love.... :o)
I would like to see Pensacola.
Sounds great if a little pricey.
Hummm. Paid a fair figure for our land and home. Can't imagine anyone needing a $500.000 home. Course, if they have the funds, let them enjoy it as they please.
My hometown luton was once called the worst town in England, yet I lived in beautiful areas. Glad you're rooting for Pensacola. All places have their good and bad.
Sounds like a beautiful place! :-)
This sounds most wonderful. Maybe this would be one of those sites that would make a great second honeymoon.
