Location

Marcus Point is located off W Street, north of Fairfield Drive and south of Highway 29. Coming from north of Pensacola, you can reach Marcus Point by taking an Exit off I-10 at the Pensacola Beach, downtown Pensacola Exit. Coming from the Downtown Pensacola area, drive north from Garden Street onto "W" Street and head north. From Cantonment or the Alabama area, drive south on Highway 29 to W St. At W, take a right and head to the first red light. There, take a left turn at W and Marcus Point Blvd.

Demographics

Marcus Point is basically made of homes valued at $500,000 and up. Some of the homes measure as little as 1500 square feet of living space to 11,000 square feet. The lots are basically about one quarter of an acre with a few homes taking up two lots.

Golf Course

The Marcus Point Golf Course was built in 1990 and with an 18 hole range. Rated by USGA at 68.4 the golf course has a slope measuring 119. Bermuda grass is laid throughout the course with a chipping area, golf pro and putting green practicing facility.
