A. Students participate in scripted role-play called " Clever Angie Thinks Fast ."

Story Description: This Conflict Resolution story is based on an idea shared with me by a teacher who wished to remain anonymous. This is a love triangle story that actually happened to her when she was in the eighth grade. This story demonstrates the importance of checking your facts.

B. Teacher: We will now act out the role-play based on the last story you just heard called " Clever Angie Thinks Fast ."

The role-play features three guy actors: David, Discussion Question Asker #1, and Discussion Question Asker #2. The role-play also features three girl actors: Angie, Mrs. Rutledge, and Nikki.

Angie has the big part. David, the two Discussion Question Askers, and Nikki have medium-size parts. Mrs. Rutledge has a small part.

Who is interested in playing these roles? (Either pull names or accept eager student volunteers.)
