Perez Hilton: Bloggers Shows Skills on Celebrity Rap Superstar

Stop the presses!!! Another MTV hit has died, but a new star has emerged. Shar Jackson was crowned the ultimate rapper by fans of the show, "Celebrity Rap Superstar". I knew that she could do it. She told us just that at last week's performance, when she looked at the camera (or Britney), twirled her fingers in her hair, and said, "they should have had me open up the VMA's". Still, the show was kind of lame with Kendra's ass shaking and off-beat and shaky rhymes. I was looking for the hype, the skills, the golden MC, when lo and behold, our most beloved gossip queen was set to hit the stage.

The outlandish rap dream of celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton had already come to an end on MTV's reality series, "Celebrity Rap Superstar". However, last night on the season finale of the show, we were blessed with his quirky, yet somewhat refreshing, presence yet again.

All eight celebrity contestants, including those already exterminated such as Countess Vaughn and that guy, Jason (you know, from that critically acclaimed show called "The Hills"), were asked to be back on stage together to perform one final rhyme. "Hip-Hop Hooray"! Oh, don't even worry about it if you missed it. It was so lame.

But, in my opinion, it was foxy playmate, Kendra Wilkinson, K-Fed's ex-baby mama, Shar Jackson, powerhouse vocal, Countess Vaughn, and, of course, our girl, Perez, who always had made the show worth watching anyways. The four proved just that last night with their performance of "Whattaman" by Salt-N-Pepa. As usual, Shar and Countess were great. (Someone needs to consider giving Countess a record deal). Kendra, who disappointed me by not sharing her "Girl's Next Door" signature cackle, did what she did best---she shook her ass. And Perez, who calls himself "the internet's most devilish gossip columnist" on his website, wowed us all looking quite devilish in his form-fitting, velvet red, Hugh Hefner inspired robe and his ever changing hair, which just happened to be purple this time.

Perez, born Mario Lavanderio, Jr, knew his lines, seemed to enjoy himself, and as he did throughout the season, he took all criticism in stride. Which is exceptional of him, considering the dirt he likes to dish out.
