Christmas Gift for Preschool Teacher #1: Classroom Supplies. While elementary students have a class list of supplies that are necessary to bring to school, often preschool centers, particularly private preschool centers, do not have these supply lists. Everyday consumable items such as tissues, hand sanitizer, glue sticks, pencils, cardstock, baby wipes, and construction paper, may be hard to come by. Practical classroom supplies such as these make great Christmas gifts for a preschool teacher.
Christmas Gift for Preschool Teacher #2: $5 Restaurant Gift Cards. Are you aware of the average salary of a preschool teacher? It's not much. Small denomination restaurant gift cards, such as $5 or $10 will be much appreciated by any preschool teacher. Fast food joints, coffeehouses, and pizza places are all great restaurants to choose, where $5 really can buy something. Any preschool teacher will appreciate this inexpensive Christmas gift.
Christmas Gift for Preschool Teacher #3: Office Supplies. Many preschool teachers have to spend their own money to provide any sort of basic office supplies needed in their classrooms. Such staple office items as computer paper, paper clips, staples, pens, and especially post-it notes are often difficult to come by in preschools. Office supplies make great Christmas gifts for preschool teachers.
Christmas Gift for Preschool Teacher #4: Stickers. You and your child both love seeing those "great job" and "well done" stickers that appear on worksheets and papers that are sent home. These stickers aren't free and most preschool teachers probably purchase them with their own personal funds. Try teacher supply stores and large discount stores for packs of stickers to give your child's preschool teacher this Christmas. Stickers are the perfect Christmas gift for preschool teachers.
Preschool teachers help mold your child during some very important development years. Show your child's preschool teacher how much you appreciate her by giving one of these great Christmas gifts for preschool teachers.

Post a CommentGreat ideas. As a former teacher (my wife still teaches), I thank you for your suggestions.
Very thoughtful!
Great ideas. You are one of only about 12 of my writers that I read regularly for which I am getting publication notices. Yeah! The other 100+ have fallen through the Yahoo hole. Guess I'll check them out the old fashioned way.
Excellent! When my kids were in preschool, all us parents used to kick in $5 each to buy the teacher a nice gift certificate to the mall....it made it easy for the parents AND was always well appreciated by the teacher as well.
