Snowbabies are collectible figurines, produced by Department 56, and have been on the market since 1986. As with many collectibles, new figurines are issued each year and retired after a specific amount of time. Each Snowbaby has it's own specially designed box, authentication tag, and story. Many retired Snowbabies, in their original box, can be very valuable after only a few years. And, some Snowbabies within special collections can increase greatly in value.
