Perfect Hot Cocoa Mix to Give as Gifts for the Holiday
10 Cups non fat instant dry milk ( I buy mine in bulk at Winco foods to save money)
8 cups sifted confectioners sugar
21/2 cups sifted high quality unsweetened cocoa
2 cups coffee creamer (plain)
2 cups mini semi sweet chips
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients and place in jars. Decorate with ribbon and add a hand tag card on ribbon with the following directions printed.
Place 1/3 cup mix in coffee cup add boiling water and stir. Topw ith whip cream, dust with cocoa and chocolate curls and enjoy
