At last Summer has finally arrived and with the warmer days comes swimwear, sun glasses, and our summer wardrobe. So what about our Summer fragrances? According to "Your Guide To Beauty" by Julyne Derrick , below are the ten hottest new perfumes for spring and summer. Now you can feel as smell as great as you look!

Elizabeth W Magnolia Eau de Parfum: This light & airy perfume is a combination of white magnolia petals deepened with saffron and sandalwood and mingled with Riviera mimosa and gardenia. A luscious and refreshing scent ! The price is right around $28.

Acqua di Parma's Blu Mediterraneo: This is apparently one of many celebrities favorite perfumes. The mix of mandarin & bergamot keep this sweet, floral fragrance crisp, but not sugary sweet. Pricey, but apparently worth it at price of approx. $98.

Bulgari Blu Notte: This latest fragrance is an excellent choice for summer evenings. The blend of galanga, iris & dark chocolate embodies 'refined seduction, along with the mystery of the night,' according to the company approx. price $48.

Thierry Mugler Violet, Peony & Lily Angel is one of Mugler's legendary fragrances, but if you find it too rich or bold for your liking, you might want to try one of his 3 new lighter Angel perfumes. There's Violet, Lily and Peony. Of course their bottles are as beautiful the original. Price range is around $60 each.

Gap Scent Editions perfume oils: Now you can create a scent as individual as you are! At Gap, you can mix & match 12 single-note aromas to come up with your own customized scent. Personalized perfumes are not just for the elite anymore, now they are available to everyone.

Pink by Nanadabary: Said to be one of Madonna's fragrances of choice. It has a warm Oriental scent featuring nutmeg, coriander & bourbon vanilla notes. Being a big Maddona fan I am sure her taste is exquisite! Yet another pricey perfume at approx. $125.

Gucci Envy Me: Want to stand out among the rest, then try this new fragrance from Gucci. the blend of peony-and-pomegranate give this perfume a refreshing smell.

Guerlain L 'Heure Bleu: The perfect combination of Bergamot & vanilla. Soft and subtle. cost approx. $52.

Island Michael Kors: This gorgeous summer scent was Inspired by Kors travels to exotic, beachy locales. This awesome new fragrance blends honeysuckle, Chinese kiwi & Bulgarian rose to create a light yet elegant aroma.

Stila Midnight Bloom: Another perfume for those warm summer nights. It is a tantalizing blend of sweet fig, sandalwood & golden amber. The testers at Allure magazine gave it high ranks claiming it smells like spring. With a moderate price around $50.

As awesome as these designer perfumes are, they may not fit into to everyones budget , so I am providing some alternates for your consideration.

Many discount department stores offer wonderful perfume! Just remember like our summer wardrobe it is best to keep it light and airy. Opt for floral, berry and citrus scents. They are very refreshing. Vanilla or musk offer subtle yet intriguing aromas. Another choice are body sprays or splashes, they are perfect for summer, they are inexpensive ranging in price from $5.00-$12.00. They will fit easily into your summer bag/tote. These body sprays can also be found at Bath & Body Works and come in a wide variety of scents. Two of my favorites are Cucumber Melon which is a quick pick me up on a hot summer day, and Cotton Blossoms a light clean floral scent. Try out their new Summer 2007 Iced body splash in Sunset Mango.
