Personal Review of the Funky Buddha Lounge in Denver, Colorado

Shellie
I've heard some talk about the Funky Buddha Lounge, like it was definitely the in place to be, so I thought we would experience it for ourselves. On my last trip to Denver my colleagues and I met up at The Funky Buddha Lounge over on Lincoln Avenue. We arrived at six p.m. and it was pretty busy, by ten we were packed in like sardines. I felt that some of the drinks were a bit costly, while the taste was worth it. They have those nice high leather backed booths which make for very comfortable seating, while creating a little more than a cozy atmosphere making it impossible for maneuvering around the lounge.

What started off as a nice night of drinks and music ended up being obnoxious, unable to hear one another to converse. There are more appropriate places to go according to what you have in mind whether it is dancing, drinks or just meeting someone. Whatever your needs, it would help to be able to walk with out being stepped on or having to squeeze through the crowd filled undersized room.

The Funky Buddha Lounge wasn't completely dire offering a few enjoyable things. If being among the crowd isn't your thing, then like me, the roof patio might be for you.

Well, I guess what I am trying to say is at one point in our lives we all appreciated the hottest, loudest, and most jam-packed scene around. No longer in my early twenty's and wanting to be involved with the conversation at hand, I feel as though I have moved on from those particular types of lounges. As for those that haven't moved on, the Funky Buddha Lounge might be just what you're craving.

This concludes my Review of the Funky Buddha Lounge of Denver, Colorado. I hope this helps those lounge party goers to deiced if it's worth the headache to go or not. If you still find yourself wanting to go take along some B.C. powder, you'll thank me later.
