There are many other's should I name them?
I can but I will not...they can sign their own name.
I am here and I am disallowed.
I do not have the right to be here.
I am shameless. I have attitude's that do not jell with others and therefore I am pitiful.
Useless.
I do not have the right to say this actually and I should in fact watch what I say.
Must be careful....speak solemn in a whisper.
I must watch who I talk to and especially what I say.
I must tuck my head...
It has became instilled.
Tucking our heads slowly like turtle's....follow the yellow line.
The boots march on, the boots march on.
I am, therefore I can.
Work...struggle...survive...feed the man and his war's...
Declare dignity and pride in hard work that leads to nothing in the end.
Voice an opinion that can go no further than the walls they built.
The walls that surrounds me.
Claustrophobia is present within open spaces.
Mouth snapped shut face stern and disinterested I walk sidewalks.
I stand in lines. Speak to masses deaf with the pain of it all.
Visions of rainbows and dust grayed out with the hue of madness.
Sparkling content becomes fallen descent...of passion...loneliness...
alone in thoughts of what will never be......consumed.
Unrelenting and up for the fight again.
Strong breath in the chest of rebellion.
The boots march on....yes the boots march on.

Post a CommentWow. I've just published 18 articles on the Iran election protesters so this really hit me.
Thank you, glad you see the point, much appreciated.
As you enter the poem, the graveness of it all starts to sink in...the beginning I can relate with. I admire this poem!
