However, adopters are required to attend a course on animal care in addition to the application. The shelter is open Monday through Friday 2PM-6PM and Saturday and Sunday 11AM-4PM. Small Miracles Cat Rescue
Small Miracles Cat Rescue is located at 10236A Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City, Maryland. They are a no kill shelter that only adopts cats. Kittens can be adopted for $135 and adult cats are on special at $100. The costs cover the veterinary expenses such as shots and spayed/neutered operations. The adoption process is pretty painless just filling an application and paying the fee. Most weekdays they are open 5PM-8PM.
