This quality dog food is offered at most grocery stores and discount department stores that carry pet essentials. A seventy two ounce box costs me only $3.99 which is an excellent price. The price of pet food can vary greatly according to brand, content and location in which the item is sold. The very same dog food can fluctuate greatly in price according to where you buy it, so it is always a good idea to compare prices from store to store.
Pet Life Burger For Dogs is packaged in twelve individual plastic bags contained in the outer box. I love the portion control of this product as well as the fact that this method of packaging enables my children to take on dog feeding duty with a minimum of mess. The food is made up of small stick shaped kibble that is flavored with beef and cheese. The kibble is relatively soft, which makes it quite appealing to my dogs. Though they certainly have eaten their fair share of hard dog food in the past, they definitely prefer food that has a softer texture. If your dog is a bit on the finicky side, or has dental issues, this dog food can be easily softened either further by adding a bit of warm water to the bowl.
The list of ingredients of this dog food is clearly listed on the back of the box. The first ingredient is Beef, followed by Soy Grits, and a multitude of other ingredients including Vitamin A Supplement, Vitamin E Supplement, Vitamin A, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B6, Iron Sulfate, Zinc Sulfate and Natural Cheddar Cheese Flavor. I love that this dog food contains so many essential vitamins and minerals as well as tasty beef and cheddar cheese to make my animals happy and satisfied.
A handy feeding guideline is also listed on the box, which makes knowing how much of this product to give your dog very easy. Whether your canine family member is as small as five pounds, or as large as one hundred pounds, you can find this important information right on the outer packaging.
Overall, I would give Pet Life Burger for Dogs a full five star rating. The low cost, vitamin content, availability of product and convenient packaging makes this an outstanding dog food product. Of course, I can not testify to the taste of this pet food, but judging from my dogs' enthusiasm at meal time, I can only guess it gets a high rating in this area as well. I definitely plan to keep on purchasing this product for a long time to come.
