Peter King, New York Congressman, Calls Michael Jackson a 'Pervert' and 'Child Molester'
Rep. Peter King Says Michael Jackson Should Not Be 'glorified'
"Let's knock out the psychobabble," said Rep. Peter King in the video. "He was a pervert, a child molester; he was a pedophile. And to be giving this much coverage to him, day in and day out, what does it say about us as a country? I just think we're too politically correct."
Peter King's harsh accusations no doubt stem from Michael Jackson's history of child molestation charges.
In 1993, Jackson was accused of molesting a young boy named Jordan Chandler. Jackson had befriended Chandler and, reportedly, the boy frequently spent the night at Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch estate. Chandler claimed that he and Michael Jackson engaged in kissing, masturbation and oral sex. Michael Jackson vehemently denied the charges but eventually reached a civil lawsuit settlement with the boy's family (reportedly for an eye-popping $22 million). It needs noting, however, that criminal charges were never filed against Michael Jackson.
Michael Jackson was once again accused of molesting a child in 2003. The boy, who like Jackson's 1993 accuser spent quite a bit of time at Neverland Ranch, claimed that Michael Jackson plied him with wine (he said that Jackson referred to the wine as "Jesus juice") and fondled him. This is the boy who appeared in the damning 2003 Martin Bashir documentary "Living with Michael Jackson." This time, however, the case actually went to trial. In the end, Michael Jackson was acquitted of all charges.
While there are no doubt many people who agree wholeheartedly with Rep. Peter King's assessment of the late King of Pop's character, there are many others who would refrain from labeling Michael Jackson a pedophile for the simple reason that he was acquitted of the child molestation charges brought against him.
In addition, there are those who firmly believe that in the two child molestation cases noted above, Michael Jackson was the true victim; that the families cooked up the charges in order to extort money from Michael Jackson.
In light of this, many believe that Rep. Peter King's harsh denunciation of Michael Jackson's character - and the fact that it has come so soon after the beloved superstar's death -is, to say the least, insensitive and inappropriate.

Jordan Chandler was at the centre of allegations of child abuse against Michael Jackson (pop singer) in 1993. The singer denied the accusations, settling with the family out of court. There was no criminal prosecution. After Michael's death, Jordan admitted Michael never abused him[1]

I will have to live with the fact that after all the joy and wonderment Michael Jackson gave me, my grief for his passing has been been more acute in the knowledge I could have done more during his trial. Those fans who stood outside the courts, far from being insane devotees were the only people, apart from Geraldo and his family who really made their support physical. Geraldo's support was palpable and humane and it is in hindsight we can see the huge professional risk he took, in light of the widespread hostile court of public opinion prevalent at the time. Geraldo allowed the issue of reasonable doubt to at least have some air-time. What people fail to realize is that the level of defence Jackson's team was required to provide was actually higher than most ordinary cases. Jackson was proved to be innocent, yet still Bill Reilly and King deride Michael's memory while his children survive him . Their actions, contemptible and indecent, echo the bias Michael faced while alive.

Michael Jackson made great music so those children must be lying.. He gave away money to charity, that he didn't particularly need at the time, so those children must be lying!!! Wake up you idiots!!! Almost every case of sex abuse is caused by someone you wouldn't dream would do such a thing.. Otherwise how else would it be happening to children within their own families all over the world!!! Yes he was a fantastic performer!! That probably helped him get away with it too..
