The establishment used to be Ron's 9th Hole Bar & Grill and was turned into a Pho restaurant. The restaurant's layout has not changed since the days of the Bar & Grill and the interior is simple, yet spacious.
Pho is a Vietnamese noodle dish that uses rice noodles, beef, a hearty beef stock and an assortment of vegetables. You really can't go wrong with these ingredients as most people's palates are already acquired to eating these types of foods. This delicious noodle soup will appeal to many people due to the budget friendly cost, fast preparation and of course, the taste.
The preparation of the meal was rather quick and took around 10 minutes to order, and receive my bowl of soup. A large bowl of Pho at Pho Duy costs around $7 and will satisfy even the largest appetites. Large is actually a secret term for HUGE as the large bowl appeared to be the size of a small wash basin. Two people could share a large bowl of Pho and be satisfied. The noodle to soup ratio is spot on and the restaurant is generous with the amount of meat that they put into every bowl of soup. A small size bowl is an adequate portion for most people and costs around $4.50. The soup broth was decent but was not as rich as other restaurants that I've been to. The thin strips of well-done flank and rare beef were very tender and complimented the noodle soup nicely. The meal also comes with an assortment of bean sprouts, basil and jalapenos that you can add to the soup. Pho Duy also serves an assortment of noodle, rice, and meat dishes for people that are not in the mood for soup. Pho Duy also serves a variety of spirits and beer.
For a delicious and fast meal, check out Pho Duy, the best Pho restaurant in Greeley, Colorado.

Post a CommentMy boyfriend and I LOVE this place! The Pho is excellent. Everything about it is great. The meat is wonderfully tender and the veggies are super fresh! It's become our Sunday tradition since they have 2 for 1 draws on Sunday. The staff is super friendly and the service is incredibly fast.
