Photography that captures the moment precisely is something that most of us wish we were better skilled at. Taking pictures while on vacation, at a special wedding, or anniversary party can make memories of a lifetime. Practicing helps, however, learning how to take better pictures also helps and the Montrose Recreation District is offering a photography class by a professional to help you hone in on your photography skills.
Richard Durnan, an award winning travel photographer will conduct one photography class in Montrose, Colorado where he will share with you his tips and techniques to capture great photos. He'll give you insight for taking off-the-hip street photography such as that you'd find at fairs, other celebrations, cityscapes, landscapes, and candid photography.

Registration Deadline: November 14 th - It's suggested that you register early for this popular class.
Fee: $30

Wonderful, photography is such a great thing. It helps capture time. When they say a picture is worth a thousand words, that is definately a true statement!

Sounds like a good class. I just point and shoot and hope things aren't blurry!
If I lived close by I would definitely take this class.
I probably won't make this, but I WILL probably return to Colorado in October, to catch the Aspen in color! Everything is shifted this year -- Spring was late and so is Fall.
