The issue of LeBron James' hair has been around for a long time, specifically his hairline. It has been the subject of numerous Twitter topics and even jabs from fellow NBA ballplayers.
But now the Internet is abuzz about a photo of LeBron James that is purportedly of him with a shaved head. The picture has been passed around Twitter but James has not confirmed if it's him or not so far.
The picture shows James, the Miami Heat all-world forward, standing in front of a store with the name "Ironhead" on the front of it and a pair of headphones on.
James is shown with a bald head with sunglasses and a black t-shirt. As of now, there has only been speculation about the photo but we can be sure that news will break on it anytime now.
LeBron has already taken jabs at his own headline via Twitter saying that he had a dream his old hairline was back on his account but then he woke up and saw in the bathroom that it was still the same. James has taken the hairline joking in stride it seems; he is probably more upset at the recent loss in the Finals by his Miami Heat than anything else.
James knows that he can go for the bald look and people will still consider him a pop culture icon. Michael Jordan and many other athletes and others have made it a famous look and it seems to suit him well.
For now, however, let the speculation over the photos of LeBron with a shaved head continue as people try to figure out whether he really did give up on his hairline and go for the Jordan look. Maybe we'll have to wait until the lockout ends to find out.
