February 1, 2011
A blizzard hit Kansas City on February 1, 2011. Here are a few pictures taken around my house on February 2. The snow is at least a foot deep in most spots, with some snow drifts closer to two feet.

Post a CommentWow- that's what we look like right now. Just when our snow melted and we hit the 50s, bam! Snow snow and more snow...
Glad to see you worked in a cute picture of Audrey...and that you seem to have survived the storm.
Wow! Good show, Maria! Thanks!
Oh brrr I remember that day (yucks!)! We're supposed to get 50 degree weather next week!
The kids always look so happy when it snows, and then the poor dads are out there shoveling. This is just as it should be. :)
Wow, that picture of the gate was really a stunner. Tell Dan to be careful when shoveling!
But the sun is shining bright! It's what's good about it!
I know the feeling. Brrr.
Great photos from the front;) You got snow, I got ice and 3 inches of sleet. Woke up this morning to 5-7 inches of snow...more on the way tomorrow. Boy do I need palm trees and tropical breezes.
Brrrr! I got cold just looking at them.
