When I went on a business trip to Thailand, myself and a couple of my coworkers spent some free time at a Thai cooking school. It included a trip to the local market where we learned about Thai ingredients, and lots of cooking and eating. What fun!

Wow, I want to do this! We had a stop over in Bangkok when we were en route to India. I have missionary friends living in Chiang Mai now and they love the food; I love the open markets. I hope to stay longer than the day layover we had. Great photos, thanks for sharing.
