Whenever I see pics of you and your wife, I get that song, "So Happy Together" stuck in my head.
English chips are like American steak fries - cut from real potato and not reconstituted like McDonalds fries. They are really good, and used to be part of the staple diet in the UK until other fast food options came along.
I've never had fish & Chips, I don't think. What are the chips like? American fries? Yes, you should have shown a picture of the food for the uncultured Americans like me. ;)
