Original Pen and Ink Drawing by Bat Canary
My drawing of a Himalayan cat with a lily-flowered tulip, just in case you couldn't tell from the title. Last in the series, I promise!

awesome...... take it form sommeone who has been rescuing Persains and Himalayans for the last six- seven years...... superb job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Something abt this one makes me smile, Bat. Looks like the cat has a world-weary expression & could be thinking (in a droll tone), "You've got to be kidding." Your depictions of the flowers are delicately done & the combinations are striking. Looked at these kitties w/ my granddaughter the other day, but didn't get a chance to comment then. Zoe spotted the Siamese look of this one right away. Thanks for telling us where the "store" is!
This one I especially like. You wonder what the cat is thinking about the flower.
I don't really mean to make this an ad, but the cards and artwork are on sale in my Etsy shop-- http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=6411448
Are you going to sell this series, or enjoy it on the walls of your own home? Seriously, these ROCK, BC!
