The wind blew over our caged tomatoes. Luckily these plants are hardy and didn't break.

Look on the bright side... you didn't have to chase your table and umbrella down ;) Great photos!

Northern Ohio has really been hit with some damages storms. Those tornadoes were awful. It is so sad to see the reports about the death and damage due to them. And to think it is only the beginning of June.

Wow...Kim, we had those crazy storms Saturday and Sunday and then yesterday afternoon, this wild wind came in bellowing in and I was a bit scared to be honest! Then it got really cold, too! Thank you for sharing!

Kim, it looks as if there is no permanent damage, except the tent poles? For 3 years I have had gazebos (like that tent only with "curtainy" mesh sides) on my patio, and have lost all of them by high winds twisting the frames and breaking the joints. I finally gave up, and just have a patio umbrella. Looks like your umbrella made it through. TG!

Hey Kim, we had our first tornado warning here in the Hudson Valley of NY yesterday! It was frightening, high winds and hail. No one injured though, thankfully so. Cheers!
