I have jst found this cite and am in love with it ...thanks for being so helpful . Will use this method from now on .
What a neat way to join threads. I used this method on thread crochet and it made a practically invisible join! This is great for crafters like me who want a professional finish to their goods. And...the best part? By running the needle through the length of thread, I don't have to worry about it coming un-done! Thanks A Million!

This method is wonderful!!!!!!!!! I will connect threads this way from now on!
I've just got back into crocheting last year. I have no one to help me. I was staying away from changing colors when working projects. When I did I would tie yarn together and that can be hard to hide. I tried this method and I love it!!. It's so easy and it makes the color connectipns smooth. I've since found a crochet group at church and have shown it to everyone.
Thank you.
