This orphaned Canada Goose found us. How do such tiny creatures touch our hearts so? We turned it over to a wildlife refuge, but sadly it did not thrive.

Poor baby.
Mother Nature can be a cruel mother, sometimes. It tears my heart everytime I happen across wildlife in adverse circumstances. The pictures they are showing of the Gulf Coast animals suffering in the oil spill make me cry.
