Post a CommentGood Blog Ben :) HR Professional Certification is valid (HRonline on Twitter questions it's validity). I've been a Recuriter for Registered Nurses and their certification is just like ours; conceptual, knowledge based mixed w/experience and application. Only a third of my class passed. Those that failed, I'm convinced it was because they didn't read and only worked on the CD Rom trying to learn what may be asked instead of trying to UNDERSTAND and REINFORCE the Concepts.
Yeah, Jo... Or something... :-) Thanks for the comment/compliment!
Great visuals, Ben. With your excellent grasp of data and ability to present it clearly to others, you'd think you were an HR guy or something. ;)
Ben,
An HR guru and a talented visual artists! LOl, :}
I wish I had your grasp of graphics. Very nicely presented.
Fascinating! I really could understand this so well because of the visuals ;)

Your page-view pie chart cracked me up. I need to put one of those together just to prove how under-appreciated I am on AC! Obviously, I'm writing about the wrong things.
