Oh these photos are really neat - I love pine cones but never examined them so close :)
Cool up close pics...
Mike, believe it or not I used a Sony Cybershot point-and-shoot camera. It's got a 3mm macro focus range so I can get very close. I've yet to publish any pictures I've taken with my new Nikon D5000 and Tamron 90mm macro lens, but they'll be coming any day now.
Obvious typos in my last comment. What lens and or combination did you use for these pictures?
