Great photos! I am a train nut myself and our town has the cutest train station. Love taking Amtrak wherever it goes!

My husband is a trainguy :) He has a 7-1/2 inch scale coal locomotive that his dad built from scratch. A grown man (and woman) can ride on it ~ they are amazing machines. He runs it at the Adirondacks Live Steamers Club in upstate NY. We would love to visit the Steamtown Train Museum :) cheers, Claire!

I'm with you Claire, preserve the historicity of these trains and the museums that tell so much of a great story. Loved the pictures.

Addendum, if you're planning to be in the area, look up Steamtown Train Museum, for train ride and fee information.
