The Corn Palace of Mitchell, South Dakota

Mike Oberg

I seen this building on the travel channel. I also seen it on a video that I watched when I was gathering information about my unusual places I was writing about a few months ago.

As one who has grown up around corn, I never would have thought anyone would have built a palace of the stuff. Interesting and creative use of corn.
