Post a CommentBecca: Two Suggestions - Clean, quarter, boil till tender, drain, add butter, milk, salt, and pepper and mash all together. DELICIOUS! Or, as other squashes, fry with butter and onions, etc. Some even slice the squash into pretty 1/4" slices, using the whole squash, and fry in olive oil.
My question is what can you do with those squash things in the first picture? I've seen them before but thought they were only decorative!
