I paid only $6.99 for a point forty nine ounce of Mineral Wear Loose Powder. The product is contained in a package of very durable plastic which makes toting this makeup item for on the go touch ups a breeze. The reasonable price and convenient portability of this loose powder pleased me from the start.
Application of this cosmetic is quite simple for even the most novice of makeup users. There is a rounded cover over the top of the package which gets removed with a simple twist. The product is protected by a pronged plastic lid that fits into the holes of the container base. That lid gets taken out when you need to disperse the powder. A few rapid taps on the side of the packaging allows a bit of product to be dispensed at a time. I love how much control is afforded the user when applying this cosmetic. When more powder is desired, a few extra taps are all this is required to make a bit more of the product available. Swirling a large brush onto the cap picks up enough powder to layer on the cosmetic a little at a time. Gentle motions of the hand is all this is needed to achieve even and adequate coverage.
This loose powder is very light, yet offers a nice finishing touch to a foundation base. It does not appear caked or unnatural even at the end of the day. A fully made up face can still appear very natural and youthful when using this product as a final step. The mineral formulation does not enhance the appearance of skin imperfections, it diminishes them. Wrinkles, blemishes and scars are subtly covered while maintaining a light and airy feeling. Whether you choose to wear the traditional liquid foundation or prefer a lighter powder variation, this product will beautifully complete the finished look.
I highly recommend Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Loose Powder. The affordable price and the high quality of this cosmetic makes it an excellent investment. The application process is simple, yet offers outstanding results. Reapplication of the product during the day is rarely needed, yet does not compromise the integrity of the shade or the texture. I give this beauty staple a full five star rating and highly recommend it to anyone searching for a budget loose powder that really delivers.
