PI Jay J. Armes May Sue Attorney of Baby Gabriel Dad; Get OFFICIAL Baby Gabriel MySpace Link Here
Jay J. Armes flew to Phoenix Arizona to attend the Maricopa County Superior Court hearings on Tuesday (which did not occur) for Baby Gabriel's mother, Elizabeth Johnson, and for Tammi Smith, who had once hoped to adopt the baby. Mr. Armes had intended to stay in Arizona for several days. But a discovery triggered his immediate return to Texas and also his withdrawal from the case. Mr. Armes apprised Mr. McQueary yesterday of this fact.
Today, KPHO reported of a statement released last night by Mr. Maloney of Maloney and Campolo, L.L.P- the attorneys recently hired by Mr. McQueary. A portion of the statement said, "Please be advised that Mr. Jay J. Armes is not authorized to speak on behalf of Mr. Logan McQueary. Mr. Armes has refused to return my client's property and continues to interfere with an ongoing police investigation." KPHO also reported the statement as saying that the McQueary family appreciates Mr. Armes' work but requests him to hand over any information or evidence to the San Antonio Police Department.
At home in El Paso, Mr. Armes has responded to Mr. Maloney's statement. In one portion of his response, Mr. Armes states, "From the inception, our sole focus has been on locating Baby Gabriel and/or in disclosing the facts surrounding his disappearance and the identities of the responsible party(ies). As in all of our cases, our objective has been to utilize our considerable experience, resources, and skills to develop credible leads [that] may then be turned over to law enforcement to act upon. We have never, at any time, withheld information from any law enforcement agency involved in this ongoing investigation.
We have never been contacted by any of the law enforcement agencies that are involved in this case. We do not call Mr. McQueary on a daily basis to tell him that several more leads turned out to be false. To do so would not only be senseless, it would be a disservice to Mr. McQueary who is already in a desperate state. We do not call all of the involved Law Enforcement agencies to report that we have no tangible information for them yesterday. Instead, we work diligently and steadily towards our objective."
Jay J. Armes has worked pro bono- free of charge- using several high-powered investigators and agents who along with Mr. Armes, have spent considerable time and resources, 'at no cost to Logan McQueary', in searching for Baby Gabriel. The out-of-the-blue statement by Mr. McQueary's attorney holds serious charges- i.e., "Mr. Armes has refused to return my client's property and continues to interfere with an ongoing police investigation." Mr Armes' direct response to these accusations is as follows-
"This press release contains statements which are blatantly false and misleading with respect to our involvement in this case. These false statements amount to libel. In this press release, an individual identifying himself as one 'Tim Maloney' has falsely claimed that I, Jay J. Armes, has '...refused to return my client's property and continues to interfere with an ongoing police investigation...' During our initial interview with Logan McQueary, the documents in his possession were photocopied. Mr. McQueary took the original documents with him when he left our offices.
On a subsequent visit to our offices in El Paso, Mr. McQueary brought us a few insignificant documents that he had retrieved from the trailer where he and Elizabeth Johnson had been evicted from. All relevant materials had already been seized by Law Enforcement via a search warrant. With this fact in mind, we have no 'property', belonging to Mr. McQueary. To the contrary, Mr. McQueary has property belonging to us. Furthermore, at no time has Mr. McQueary, his family, or his attorney requested any 'property' from us."

That's really sad...thanks for updating us.
Lastly, I have been reminded, that where there is love, fear subsides. We all have been deeply hurt and angered by the terrible wrong that Elizabeth has committed against this precious baby Gabriel. But we must now press in more then ever, to compel Elizabeth, that she can be a heroin, in these lives. That she can turn away from this course that would bring a lifetime of regret and continued suffering to herself, baby Gabe, Logan -- so many. That she has the power to bring healing, peace and happiness. We must pray ceaselessly, sending Light, Love and wisdom to Elizabeth, that she may be freed of her fear and darkness. Let's press forth, united in our faith and dreams for Gabriel and Logan.

As I was saying, one would expect that a person who is looked to, as a pillar, in service for those in need, as attorneys are expected to be -- that this attorney would not be so willing to interfere in the search efforts, that these powerful Angels On Earth (Mr Armes and his team) have been gifting baby Gabe and Logan. I hope, somehow Mr. Armes and his team will be able to continue their work for Gabriel. It seems to me, that this Tim Maloney has taken advantage of Logan's suffering, confusion, and youthful ignorance, to influence Logan, on his (Maloney's)desirous way to the top. I adjour you, brothers and sisters, to press forward, praying ceaselessly, speaking forth the desired outcome , and sending Light, Love and wisdom to Logan, that he will find his way back to his senses and onto his anointed path.

Thank you, sincerely, Ron, for enlightening us of this turn of events. I realize that, my personal knowledge of any of this latest news is nada, but this is devastating news. I hope this will not be the end of Mr Jay J Armes' search for this precious baby. Regardless of all else, this vulnerable child is out there somewhere, possibly desperately needing Mr Armes' teams' continued intercession for him. It's heart-breaking to see his help, from such powerful angels here on Earth, to be withdrawn, due to ignorance and stupidity on the parts of others. Though I am lacking in firsthand, personal knowledge of the facts, my gut feeling is that it seems this attorney "representing" Logan and Gabriel is trying to elevate himself at the price of lowering Mr Jay J Armes. How self-centered and callous one would have to be, to willingly interfere in the skillful search for baby Gabe. One would expect for a person who is expected to be a pillar in service for the helpless, as we expect attorne
