Fragrance is very personal and intimate, so while I did create a list of my favorites that you might like to investigate, please develop your own opinions and test the waters yourself.
Acqua di Parma
My absolute favorite but use it with a light hand, as with all fragrances. Iconic stars such as Audrey Hepburn, Cary Grant, David Niven, and Ava Gardner have been known to love this Italian classic.
Narcisco Rodriguez for her Eau de Parfum
I like this one quite a lot. "The fragrant harmony of the musk expresses itself through three pulsations: pink floral, soft amber and voluptuous woods."
Bond No. 9 Little Italy
My favorite Bond No. 9 scent out of the whole collection. Described as "clean top notes of mandarin, grapefruit, and honeyed clementine mingle sweetly with tangerine, jasmine and a provocatively lingering base note of sheer musk."
Chanel Coco Mademoiselle
Chanel No 5
A classic.
Jean Paul Gaultier
I bought a bottle many years ago in a duty free shop in Spain and it came in the torso shaped bottle, which I broke. I keep revisiting Sephora to find the same Jean Paul Gaultier scent but they always seem to smell different than I remembered. Either I outgrew the scent or it was changed along the way.
Miss Dior Cherie
Marc Jacobs Splash
They change these scents seasonally, I think. They had a cucumber one which I loved but they don't carry it anymore. The Splashes are great, clean, and easy scent that you can just spritz on and go. They are always in scents of edible things, usually fruits. Right now they have one called Biscotti, which is adorable.
I found an Eau de Parfum I liked that was released recently at Saks but I can neither seem to remember the brand nor the look of the packaging of the bottle. I will have to investigate this...

Post a CommentBeyonce's heat is my fave... when I wear it I feel like a rock star!
I LOVE Chanel No. 5. Started wearing it as teenager and it is my all time favorite!! I usually save it for wintertime wear, but I always have a bottle on hand. Summertime, I usually just go with whatever my shampoo smells like unless we are going out. Then I use a spritz of bulgari Blu Notte.
