First, think of the type of cat your want. Do you want one that is laidback or one that has a lot of energy? Do you want a long haired cat or a short haired cat? Yes, long hair cats are beautiful. They are long haired cats, that do shed a lot. This means that they do require some grooming. They are also friendly and very outgoing cats. They are playful, but not too hyper, as well as smart. Many people also love the odd chirping like sound they make.

Health issues for Main Coons can include: heart disease and hip dysplasia.

Rag Doll:

The Rag Doll cat is known for being a large cat that has semi-long haired. It is a gentle type of cat who seems to need human contact. They are good children.

The Rag Doll type of cat is known to be very healthy and live long lives.

Abyssinian:

The Abyssinian breed of cat is known for its high energy. It is a short haired cat that requires little grooming. This type of cat usually does not like sitting on one's lap. It isn't considered a good breed for children. It also is known for its climbing and running.

Awesome writing! I think cats are beautiful. I'm allergic to them though so I can't have one.
