Pigeon Forge: One of the Greatest Shows in Tennessee

Dawn Grubbs
Another great show in Tennessee. This is just a show no dinner. They have a very nice concession stand right outside the door. You can get popcorn, hot dogs, soda's and much more to eat. You are allowed to take the food into the theatre. The seats are arranged just like a movie theatre with a slight slant so that everyone can see the show. The doors open right at show time. The parking lot is huge and there is always enough room for every show. Their are people at the doors that show you where your seat is. Everyone here are very friendly and they are always polite and smiling.

When the doors you had your picture taken. They made a 5 x 7 and two wallets and on the other side they put a photo of the Country Tonite cast. These pictures were about $21.00 if you wished to purchase them. They also offered a DVD of the show as well. That cost about $22.00 and you ordered that during the intermission. The lines were not long and everything went smoothly.

The show started off with a Host coming out and telling everyone where the exit are. He then explained the pictures and DVD purchases. He was very informative.

Then the show started. The singers were Janelle Arthur, Ronnie Spann, Adam Calver, Logan Murrell, April Johnson, and Rachel Holder. The host Kevin Wilson also sang.

The country Tonite dancers are Nichelle DelBosco, Tiffany Green, Ryan Rice, Taryn Reed, Chris Schoendorf and Hayden Escobar. The band was Mike Caldwell, Ronnie Spann, Pat Corn, Larry Stewart, Shane Lane, and Lejoe Young. These performers were all great to watch perform.

They sang different genres in sections. There was country, old time rock and roll, gospel, and patriotic. They blended one into another with style. They also had a comedy act going on all throughout the show. The comic relief was Bubba. He was so funny that every time he appeared you just had to laugh. The cast also did a salute to our veterans. They all thanked these men and women for their service to their country.

They had an intermission so that you could take care of getting pictures as well as the DVD of the actual show. They took picture through out the show of the audience. This means you are actually in the show DVD. The DVD is something great to show the family when you get back from your vacation.

The prices for the show will very according to your group. Admission is $24.00 or if you are a teen your ticket is $15.00. You can go to their web site and print discount tickets or you can look for the vacation booklets all around Tennessee that have coupons in them for this show as well. They also have two shows a night so I am sure you will find one that fits your schedual, I have also included a link so that you can get more information. This is my second trip here and it did not disappoint my family at all. I can honestly say that if you are in Tennessee this is a great stop while you are there.

I have saw the show two times in the past 2 months. It is great! My husband I went and saw the show and then my sisters and I went last weekend. ALL the music is great, and I would love to go back and see the Christmas show which I think started this weekend! Maybe next year my work schedule will allow me to go see it.
