Your first session will be free. From there you can choose private, semi-private or classes. The staff consists of certified instructors specializing in various Pilates methodologies.
Here you will find classic mat instruction as well as the modern Reformer and Cadillac training and two Pilates methods not offered anywhere else in South Tampa. You know you're not in a chain gym environment when owner and instructor, Maria Ivanova, has a warm, inviting feeling to its studio. Pilates is not something that is "one size fits all" so whether you are a private client or in a class you still get Maria's personal attention. She also has on staff 5 highly trained Pilates instructors.

3.) Palm Yoga & Tampa Jiu Jitsu - Tampa, Florida
Talk about a unique gym here in Tampa. This one fits the bill. It offers not only the calming exercises of yoga, but martial arts of Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Obviously each one is a separate program entirely. The yoga and jiu jitsu instructors have studied and trained for a number of years, even with the masters. The Palm Yoga is different from other yoga studios, because their program addresses the needs of each student individually. They get to know you, your strengths and your weaknesses. Afterwards, Palm Yoga designs a personalized course to better help you with your yoga practice for maximum better health.
At Tampa Jiu Jitsu you will receive the safest and most effective way to learn Gracie Jiu Jitsu. They also offer intermediate and advanced programs. Their private sessions are $75/hr.
