Pillsbury Big Deluxe Chocolate Chip Brownie Cookies are just what they sound like. These are chocolate chip cookies with pieces of brownies inside. When I read the package description, I immediately thought of large chunks of brownies inside the cookie dough. Unfortunately, that's not the case. I would describe this more like the way you get cookies and cream ice cream and there is cookie dust in the ice cream. That doesn't mean these cookies tasted bad though.
The texture the brownies give these chocolate chip cookies is unbelievable. You get a bit more chewiness in the cookie and it adds a bit more chocolate flavor as well. The chocolate of the brownies also tastes different than the chocolate chips, which makes these cookies even more delicious.
These cookies are also easy to prepare. All you need to do is preheat the oven to 350 degrees, place the cookies on a nonstick pan and bake for 13 to 17 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
One Pillsbury Big Deluxe Chocolate Chip Brownie Cookie has 170 calories, 8 grams of fat, 2 grams of saturated fat, 2 grams of trans-fat, 5mg of cholesterol, 135mg of sodium, 23 grams of carbs, 1 gram of fiber, 14 grams of sugar, 2 grams of protein and 4% of your daily iron.
I give Pillsbury Big Deluxe Chocolate Chip Brownie Cookies 5 out 5 stars. These cookies are great in taste and texture and really hit the spot when you have a sweet craving, but want something that won't send you over your calorie limit.
