Grown up, then blown up,
Reduction by deduction,
The illicit turns to the elaborate,
It's just simple mental masturbation,
Deliberate creation,
A revolving door policy,
Piss-tests of truth,
Blood screen dreams,
To see if you are gonna cheat,
The withdrawal screams,
Cramps because of loss,
Memory like cotton candy floss,
My room smells of stale cum,
Someone else's splatterings of despair,
In this hospital's wing of cruel care,
But here lies the truth,
Which I can no longer outrun,
Today is day one,
The beginning has begun.
