4 eggs - extra large
16 oz mozzarella - shredded
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup pepperoni - thinly sliced and halved
2 links Italian sausage - cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup ground beef - sauteed
1/2 cup mushrooms - thinly sliced
1/2 cup green pepper - chopped and sauteed
1 scallions - sliced and sauteed
1 yellow onion - medium - chopped and sauteed
8 garlic cloves - sliced and sauteed
4 tbsp tomato sauce - fresh, or from a jar or can
3 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp onion powder
3 tbsp oregano - dried
3 tbsp basil - dried
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 frozen pie crust shell in pan

Defrost Pie Shell and Saute Meat and Vegetables
Saute sausage, ground beef, mushrooms, green pepper, scallions, garlic cloves, and yellow onions in butter or olive oil until onions and garlic are translucent. Don't saute the pepperoni. Defrost pie shell crust and make fork hole pricks in bottom and sides of dough.2
Mix Eggs, Half and Half, Tomato Sauce, Olive Oil, Dry Seasonings, Sauteed Meat and Vegetables and Cheese.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs, half and half, tomato sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano and black pepper. Add pepperoni and sauteed beef, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, scallions, onions and garlic cloves.3
Bake In Pre-Heated 400 Degree Oven For About 45 Minutes
Bake until top turns a golden brown, usually about 45 minutes to 60 minutes depending on the oven.4
Serve With Salad and Red Wine
Slice and serve with a salad and dry red wine like Chianti.Tip
Add any of your favorite pizza toppings ... like anchovies and olives ... add a few of them too. Serve with a salad and a glass of chianti or your favorite dry red wine. This quiche goes fast ... like pizza so you better make at least at a time.
