Pizza Hut Offers $10 Pizza Deal

Pizza Hut's recent advertising campaign has no doubt generated an increase in business. With their TV ads stating "Any Pizza, Any Size, Any Crust, Any Toppings" coming over the airways, a craving should be triggered in just about anyone who has ever enjoyed a Pizza Hut pizza. After hearing this commercial periodically for a week or so, we decided to check it out. Our party of four went to our local Pizza Hut with the images portrayed in their television ads swimming in our heads. The anticipation of the gastronomical delight was almost too much to bear as we drove the few miles to the restaurant.

Upon entering the Pizza Hut establishment, we were greeted cheerfully and shown to our table by a very nice lady who was to be our waitress. We all ordered drinks to start and then we began the discussion of what kind of pizza we would order. This would not be a task for the weak as the tastes of the individuals in our party differed greatly. Unlimited toppings! Our choices were before us. Pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, bacon, and beef were the available meat options. The vegetarian toppings included black olives, green peppers, red onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and jalapeno peppers. To simplify things, we decided to order a pizza with all vegetable toppings.

When the waitress returned with our beverages, we placed our order for a large pan pizza with onions, peppers, mushrooms, black olives, tomatoes, and hot peppers. With our order placed, our anticipation as well as our hunger rose measurably. Conversation filled the waiting time but it seemed like the wait was a bit longer than usual. This probably was due to the increased business generated by the pizza deal that we had ordered.

After about 15 minutes, our piping hot Pizza Hut pan pizza arrived. It looked delicious and there was an adequate amount of each topping distributed nicely over its surface. The aroma was almost intoxicating and got out taste buds flowing freely. With a slice served to everyone, we bit in. Our glances met as we all experienced the taste sensation together. It was cooked to perfection, served hot, and had a generous amount of toppings on its surface. Needless to say, we were all very pleased. Having expected some decrease in quality or at least quantity, we were aware of none. The pizza was equal in freshness, taste, size and quality to pan pizzas we had enjoyed in the past. We cheerfully consumed the whole pie!

Pizza Hut would be wise to continue this special on their regular menu or, at the very least, repeat the promotion periodically to remind its patrons of the very reason they visit their establishment - delicious pizza!
