Places to Write at to Maximize Your Profit Potential

Laurie Tam
Contents are always needed everyday and there are lots of places that are looking for writers. Places online that I know of that are looking for writers so take advantage of these places that I recommend. Whether you are a stay at home parent, college student, in the baby boomer age, this is one of the ways to make extra money with all doing it at home. I will give you a list of places to apply and sign up for plus ideas that I had come across of and ideas of my own to help you maximize the articles that you have there whether published or not.

1. Associated Content

This site is one of the most wonderful places to publish your own articles and they sometimes have extra incentives when you sign up. For example, I just signed up on September 8 and if I publish at least 5 articles, I could get an extra $10 bonus added. For the articles that are not published, you can get an upfront payment plus $1.50 for every thousand page views. It's passive income with this one. Even if you have already published your previous articles somewhere else, you can take advantage of display only which you get $1.50 for every 1000 views but you don't qualify for the upfront payment option.

2. Ehow

Ehow's compensation plan on how they determine how much to give you is a mystery but what they based it on was how many people view each of the articles and by popular demands. The more the better at getting more money. Payment to you is only through paypal and the least amount to cashout is $10 USD. Unfortunately, this one only applied to US residents for right now.

3. Article Income

This site pays you by either paypal, check or wire transfer. You earn points for each time you write a article on there as well as comment on other people's too. I don't know all the details from there but join under me if you are interested in joining this.

4. Neowide

One of the newest sites where they pay you for per articles that you have. You get in between $1-$10 depending what topics are in demand of what on there. Despite that you don't make passive income, this is a neat site to make some extra money for each of your published articles that you

have there. They pay you with Paypal and in order to cashout, have to have at least $50 USD.

5. Xomba

You earn points for each of your articles that you write there. And you have google adsense to

help you make money too. Even though I just signed up on there, I thought to network with others on there. Don't just do it for the money but network in order to help each other out if you can. This is like writer's helping each other and there is a link to click on for Writer's World.

6. Examiner

You get paid $2.50 for every thousand views. You don't get any upfront money for any contents that was never publish but this is another place to make some money. I am already accepted to be one of their writers and the requirement to do that is that you have to write at least 3 times a week so then you would be active and still be online.

I will also be updating this article to give you all the inside scoop of what I know. As for me to tell you how to maximize each of your articles so then you can get as much money as you can for each one, here it is. For the already published ones, post them at places where you have the rights to publish them at anywhere you want. As for the ones where you have no rights to do that, do not publish it at other places.

One guy I read suggested that to join constant content and write articles for them and after selling it, have it up at Associated Content. At associated content, you have three different options whether they have total rights to your article(s), AC have some rights but you want to publish it at other places (which I recommend) or use the pieces that you have already published and only qualify for the display only option.

Another person I read stated that what she did was write for associated content and then sell it at Helium. helium is another site where you get paid to write which isn't much. Triond is another place to write for. I don't know much about that one but I am also a member on there.
And as for my own idea, I write for AC and then post it up at ehow and Neowide to maximize my articles profit potential.

I prefer AC to some of the other sites you mentioned. I like how you can choose to retain the rights to your work, which is what I do.
