Your New Year's resolution is easier to attain at Planet Fitness. Planet Fitness may not be the solution to all life's problems but it is definitely a good solution for those who want to get in shape without killing themselves in the process of keeping their New Year's Resolution.
Planet Fitness is not a meat market like some health clubs, nor is it one of those places where the skinny trainer in the teeny top and skintight pants hovers over you like an overzealous panther telling you to be ashamed of yourself for not pushing harder toward a solution.
One of the nicest things about Planet Fitness and one that will make it easy to keep a New Year's Resolution, even in hard financial times is the cost. Membership is 29.00 down and 10.00 a month. There is no long contract at Planet Fitness. You can quit any time you want with no extra to pay.
Planet Fitness has a wide variety of equipment and workout options to help reach the goal of any New Year's resolution. Planet Fitness has machines available to target any solution you are working on. There are free weights, circuit machines, balls, stair steppers, treadmills, gliders and more.
You will find any machine you do at expensive health spas without the price tag that prevents you from keeping that New Year's resolution. Planet Fitness does not have a pool, but at this price, it is understandable as a solution to keep costs low.
Planet Fitness does have tanning beds if part of your New Year's resolution solution includes a trip to the Caribbean in your new bikini ready body. There are also massage chairs available for aching muscles working toward that New Year's resolution solution.
The workout I have chosen for my New Year's resolution goals is the 30 minute workout. This is a series of ten weight resistance machines that target different areas, with manual stair stepping in between. There is a traffic light. Green means start exercising, red means move to the next step. Anyone can do this without the help of a trainer.
The weights are adjustable, of course, which is a great solution for people like me who haven't worked out in nearly 30 years. When I started working on my New Year's resolution, I was lifting just 10 pounds. That was only 2 weeks ago and I am up to 40 pounds on all but one machine. This may not sound that great to some but this is a miracle solution for me.
I love Planet Fitness and recommend it to all my friends, especially those who are just starting out. It is a no pressure place where I feel comfortable keeping my New Years resolution. Planet Fitness is not for the more serious body builders working on their tenth layer of muscle. In fact they have a hard and fast rule. No grunting! It's just a place where average people can work on their New Year's resolution solution. Thank you Planet Fitness!
