One thing that I must warn you about is that Disney World is very expensive and your trip can easily cost between $800-$2,500 per person, this includes travel, food, lodging, souvenirs etc… Most people spend $15 per person on food in Disney World so with all of that in mind it is obviously a good idea to prepare your Disney World trip within your budget. The suggested minimum stay when visiting Disney World is four days, so it is a good idea to plan to stay in Florida for 4-6 days so you don't have to rush around to visit each of the four parks.
The internet is a great tool to use to access information about Walt Disney World go to www.disneyworld.com and you can find tons of information on things such as accommodations, transportation options, passport prices and events happening within the park, the website also allows you to download theme park maps. If you're one of those individuals who is comfortable purchasing things online then you can go ahead and buy your tickets, book your hotel reservations and explore what the four Walt Disney World theme parks have to offer. If you're not comfortable purchasing tickets online or your just not happy with what you find online then you should use your own travel agent to book your trip.
The most important thing on any trip is the stuff you pack and a Disney World trip isn't any different. When packing your bags remember to bring your own bottled water, I know this sounds funny right now but it won't be funny once you walk into Disney World and realize their water is $5 a bottle, park attendants tend to make a big deal about people bringing in their own stuff so to avoid this try to keep the water hidden. Since you'll be doing a lot of walking at Disney World remember to pack comfortable shoes you can very easily walk 7 miles at a park so the comfort of your shoes is crucial. The right kind of clothes is also a big thing when visiting Disney World or Florida for that matter, make sure you check the weather reports for Florida before you leave so you can wear the clothes that are most comfortable in the weather conditions that you will be in. Another thing to remember when packing is to bring your own camera, because the cameras in the are very expensive so bringing your own can save you a lot of money.
The most important thing to remember on your Walt Disney World trip is to have fun and lots of it.
