Okay, so you're a giant television game show fan and want to become a contestant, but can't afford to fly to Los Angles for an audition. What do you do?

You could register for an online contestant test at a game show's official web site, or you could play the game online in the comfort of your home or office. The good news is that almost every current television game show has an online game component.

"The Power of 10"

At "The Power of 10" web site, you can either play a weekly online version of the game at any time, or you can play along with the live television show and win the opportunity to become a game participant.

"1 vs 100"

Play the "1 vs 100" online game at any time.

"Deal or No Deal"

During "Deal or No Deal's" live broadcast, you can play along at home by text messaging a "lucky case number" for the possibility of a $10,000 prize. Play-at-home game information can be found at the "Deal or No Deal" web site.

GSN "Watch & Play TV"

At GSN (formerly known as the Game Show Network), you can play along with the network's game shows as they air live between 7 pm and 10 pm seven nights a week. The shows include "The Weakest Link", "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?", "That's the Question", "Family Feud", "High Stakes Poker", "Grand Slam", and "Lingo."

"Family Feud" Online Party Game

iWin, an independent gaming site offers an authorized version of "Family Feud" as a downloadable multi-player online game.

"Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?"

There are two online versions of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" One is a video-based simulation of the game with participation from host Meredith Vieira. The other is a lower-tech Flash animated version of the game.

"Jeopardy!"

At Sony's Station gaming web site, you can play a single-player online casual game version of "Jeopardy!" as a quick free version, a free full trial version, or as a full version that can be purchased.

The Station also offers a "Rock & Roll Jeopardy!" casual game variation as a quick free version, a free full trial version, or as a full version that can be purchased.

"Wheel of Fortune"

Also at Sony's Station, you can play a single-player online casual game version of "Wheel of Fortune." It's available in full free trial version, or you can purchase and download the full version.
