Play Smarter Cook' N Learn Kitchen Toy Review

The Play Smarter Cook' n Learn Kitchen is one of the best gifts that I have given my children. It is certainly something they and I both enjoy. Here's what it does, the Play Smarter Cook' n Learn Kitchen is an interactive "kitchen" that talks, sings and responds to the various actions that are done on it. The entire Play Smarter Cook' n Learn Kitchen is a twelve-piece interactive kitchen. It includes a nine-piece cutting fruit salad set, an eight piece veggie stir fry set, an eleven-piece breakfast set, a five-piece place setting, three recipe cards, a wastebasket, screws for its assembly as well as an instruction guide. There are thirty-seven foods and cooking accessories included in this set and only needs three double-A sized batteries to work. The Play Smarter Cook' n Learn Kitchen measures forty-two inches high by thirteen inches wide and thirty six inches long, and is recommended for children aged three and above.

Most kids would be happy with just a play kitchen. My two little girls, aged five and six have been begging me for one since last year. I decided to get them one already because they were starting to get bored with their toys at home and were starting to turn on the television more often, which of course, I did not like. The Play Smarter Cook' n Learn Kitchen just offers so much varieties of not just wholesome play, but interactive educational play. The Play Smarter Cook' n Learn Kitchen is definitely smarter playing. The Play Smarter Cook' n Learn Kitchen lets your kids learn kitchen and food concepts in two ways: there is the Free Play Mode wherein the Play Smarter Cook' n Learn Kitchen recognizes the food they are using. The kitchen talks in a friendly female voice that is very enthusiastic and upbeat. The second mode, is the Learning Mode, wherein the kids have to follow the instructions on the recipe cards, teaching them the kinds of food, different colors, shapes and sizes, and more importantly how to follow instructions.

What is really great about the Play Smarter Cook' n Learn Kitchen is that when the game comes to an end, the kitchen "voice" sings a song about the lesson learned, recapping the concepts that were discussed earlier. Amazing right? Who knew that messing around the kitchen could be so educational and so much fun? The best thing for me is that when I am preparing a meal in the kitchen, instead of my children bugging me to help (make a mess, more like), I can now tell them to use their Play Smarter Cook' n Learn Kitchen instead.
