As I perused his articles on different topics, an interview with AC Producer Linda StCyr caught my eye. I read through the article and learned that Donald regularly publishes interviews with AC Producers as both fodder for his own literary portfolio and as a way to highlight the work of other freelance writers.I found this concept a highly original and intriguing way of "killing two birds with one stone," and decided to follow the link which leads to Donald's interview questions.
The interview process was painless and effortless. Donald's questions were listed alongside a box for the answer. I had to cut and copy each question into the box prior to responding, which was mildly annoying. More frustrating was the fact that once I submitted my responses, I was unable to change them.
It only took me about ten minutes to complete the interview, whereupon I emailed Donald to inform him of my submission, and asking if he wanted a photo of me to accompany the article. Donald responded promptly in the affirmative, providing an email address to which I could mail my photo. Once Donald completed "processing" my interview, he wrote again to let me know that it had been submitted and should show up "in print" in about a week.
I have written this summary of the interview process as part of the bargain I made with Donald, by which any AC Producer that he interviews will respond in turn by publishing a review within one week after the interview is published. However, I also wish to take this opportunity to thank Donald for providing this service, which affords AC Producers a chance to get some exposure and reveal some behind-the-scenes facets of the personalities writing for Associated Content.
About a week after completing the interview, Donald again emailed saying "We're talking about you at Theresa McGallicher - Newbie Content Producer and Great Talent and we're not even apologizing!" I was thrilled that Donald described me as "a great talent" but disappointed that he did not include my photo, so I have attached it here.
If you too would like to be interviewed by Donald, I am sure that he would be happy to oblige. Simply answer a few questions by clicking here and follow through with your review!
