Please, oh Lord,
give us our dreams,
what so ever they may be,
our childhood dreams
of grown up adulthood,
our old folks
dreams of youth.
Please, oh lord,
give us our visions,
regardless of the
pangs they bring,
our summer
dreams of autumn,
our winter
dreams of spring.
Please strengthen our trust
in lasting friendships,
and our faith
in deathless love.
Though our earthly strengths
and fortunes may fail us,
please, oh Lord,
let our earthly
dreams remain.
