Ms. Sobrato's Pleasure for Pleasure was released in April 2003 as number 84 of the Harlequin Blaze line. Pleasure for Pleasure is set against the backdrop of a San Francisco sex therapy clinic. Josie Marcus has been pushed to take over the running of the clinic by her mother, who has successfully run the business for close to twenty years. The problem is, she lacks the confidence and sensual awareness that her mother oozed. As for Josie? She's never been able to resist the oh so sexy Trent. The problem is, whenever they start heating the sheets, she panics and runs away. Hence the issue with leaving him naked on the beach all those years ago. However, his steaming offer is just what she needs. If she can control the lessons then she'll stay calm and be able to get him out of her system once and for all. But trading sensual pleasures that often include handcuffs and blindfolds, has her so steamed up that she wants him to stay, forever.

Pleasure for Pleasure is a delightful steamy little read. There's a nice little sub plot with Josie's mother than brought a smile to my face more than once. I'll not go out of my way to find another Jamie Sobrato book, but neither will I turn down the chance to read one of her books if I stumble across them.
