Lane Bryant is more expensive than a few other local plus size stores, however with price comes quality and most items purchased here seem to last. If you are looking for elegant, work, church, or clubing attire, you can find it all here!

The Dress Barn is located alongside Lane Bryant in the same shopping center so it makes it easy to swing into both stores at once. I have to say that my experience here is that sizes run small...but that could have changed since I last shopped there. The Dress Barn carries clothing such as pant suits, dress pants, occupational dresses, something you'd wear to work or church, maybe if you are attending a wedding. Again, as far as price, check out their sales or look for a coupon, still on the pricy side, but of course quality may be more important!

The website doesn't bring up a store location, this could be because it is new, but it is located in the Target parking lot next to Payless Shoes off of Loop 288.
Catherines is a more expensive plus size clothing store, but certainly has more highend products than other stores. It also caters to plus size women with sizes ranging from 16-34. Other stores have a "skinny" side and "plus" size side....this way you're not looking over into the skinny section admiring the cute shirt that they only make for "that" side.

The Fashion Bug bugs me--I say this because I visit this store frequently, I purchase items at this store very infrequently. I don't particulary love every style they have...some is older generation, some is tooo much younger generation. It is hard for me to find what suits me. If I do really like something it's more than I want to spend--But I do recommend the Fashion Bug as a place to shop for plus size clothing because I love their sales! Discount rack here I come!

Skirting outside of Denton just a bit into the Hickory Creek area, Cato's is located in the Wal-Mart parking lot next to Washington Mutual off of Swisher Road (Hwy 2181) I have become a fan of Cato's because their clothes are reasonabley priced and if you find a clearance rack you'll be able to buy shirts as low as 4 bucks! I've got clothes from there that have lasted for years--I love their skirts and pants aswell. They have super cute coordinating outfits you can buy, shoes, jewelry, and purses too. If you havn't visited a Cato's you better find out what your missing!
